Folkestone ABC has been running in the local community since 1970. The club are a registered charity and through the sport of boxing help instil discipline and respect in individuals which they then carry through the rest of their lives. It's a great sport for building confidence in what is an inclusive and friendly environment.

Opening / Training Times
Minis (aged 6-9): Monday - 5pm - 5.45pm
Juniors (aged 10 - 16): Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6pm - 7pm
Seniors (17+): Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 7pm - 8pm
Womens Boxercise Fitness Class (16+) : Tuesday, Thursday - 7pm - 8pm
